Spaghetti - 180 Recipe

180 Spaghetti

1 lb lean hamburger
pint of salsa
whole zucchini sliced
dash of cumin
salt & pepper
2 packages of miracle noodles
raw spinach

Brown hamburger, add salsa and the whole sliced zucchini.  Add a dash of cumin, salt and pepper. Simmer a bit. Add two packages of miracle noodle (angel hair was what I used), cook for a minute and serve over a small bed of raw spinach. Serves 3-4.
