Grilled Tuna Steak with Cilantro/Ginger/Lime/Jalapeno topping
2 handfuls fresh cilantro finely chopped
1 small jalapeno
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
1 grated garlic clove
2 Tb. Coconut Aminos
Salt and Pepper
Mix up cilantro, 1 small jalapeno sliced and lightly cooked until light brown in nonstick pan (this takes down theheat a bit), add ginger, garlic clove, limes, Coconut Aminos, salt and pepper. Mix all, and put half of this mixture into a pan to simmer for just a couple minutes; then mix back with the raw part, and top onto grilled Tuna steaks.
