I started 180™ in February 2012 and in less than six months I'm down over 41 pounds, off of Prilosec, and off the pill. My hormones were super nuts for awhile, but that went away just like the cravings and sugar withdrawals did. I was also prescribed Lorazapam for anxiety and I am now off that and completely off Celexa, a depression medication. I am SO SUPER PSYCHED as I know this med can actually change the composition of the brain. 

I'm so thankful for the 180 program and for Lorraine L for introducing me to this [Dynamite 180 Support] group... it's so much more than weight loss. I feel like I've been a walking zombie and dead for the past 5-7 years and now I'm alive again!!!!
