Dear Valued Distributor,
On July 1, Dynamite will be making three major changes to our Distributor Agreement and commission program:
1. Dynamite is LOWERING the requirement for FREE FREIGHT to 60 points (from 80)!!
What does this mean to you?
When a distributor places an order for 60 points or more, the freight will be FREE. Excludes tonnage and bulk feed. Please read the guidelines online or in your distributor manual for full details and product restrictions.
2. As of July 1, your pay rank will be static for the entire month and will be determined by the pay rank you earned at the END of the previous month.
What does this mean to you?
Before the end of each month, you will need to make sure you are qualified at your full rank. That pay rank will carry forward to the next month’s commissions. As long as your pay rank equals your true rank at the end of each month, you will get paid your full rebates and commissions for the following month.
Because we are making this change for July commissions, THE PAY RANK YOU EARN BY THE END OF JUNE IS THE PAY RANK APPLIED TO THE ENTIRE MONTH OF JULY. Please make sure you fully qualify at the end of June to avoid any loss of commissions or rebates in July.
3. Commission qualification* will be changed to 1 month instead of the current 2-month qualification and the points required to qualify for rebates and commissions every month will be half of what they are now (see below for new 1-month qualification requirements):
What does this mean to you?
You will only need to review what you and your personal organization have earned from the 1st of the month through the last day of the month. Previous months will no longer be applicable.
Because the 2-month qualification will end in June, any points you purchase in June will not help you qualify in July. With change #2 above, this means July’s points alone will determine what your August commission pay rank will be.
New Monthly Commission Qualification Requirements:
Product Rep: 0 (no qualification required)
Manager: 0 (no qualification required)
Supervisor: 30 pts (alone or with the help of down-line)
Director: 30 (alone or with the help of Personal Organization**) 12 pts of the 30 must be from personal purchases
Bronze, Silver, Gold & Platinum: 60 (alone or with the help of Personal Organization**) 12 pts of the 60 from personal purchases
*This only affects the qualification requirements to earn commissions once you have already achieved each level. Advancement qualifications will remain unchanged. See your current Dynamite Business Plan for details.
** Personal Organization= personally-sponsored Supervisors, Managers & Products Reps and their down-lines. It does not include Directors or Director Organizations.
