180 TACO SALAD

20 oz. ground beef, turkey or chicken
2 tbs. taco seasoning (see recipe below) or use your own
Salad greens torn
4 c chopped tomatoes
Hot sauce - if desired
Brown ground meat. Stir in Taco Seasoning with a touch of water. Simmer until water and seasoning are absorbed into meat.
Place a handful of torn salad greens on plate.
Add 5 oz. of seasoned meat
Top with 2 c chopped tomatoes
